We are putting on a fitness competition on April 17th 2021 as a fundraiser for UTH ministries mission projects in Guatemala. The event is a 4 person team (FFFF/MMMM/FFMM) Rx and scaled categories This is our fourth year holding Squat for Guate we want to make this the best year yet! Work outs are sponsored by three local gyms and will be released soon. Cost is $140.00 until April 1st and will increase to $160.00.
